Jamie Humphries demos the Ernie Ball Game Changer Reflex Guitar in Issue 10 of Guitar Interactive available for FREE here
Watch the full Game Changer review here
Sterling Ball has called the Game Changer one of the biggest developments in the electric guitar since Leo Fender created the five-way selector switch on a Strat! The Game Changer could certainly change the way we look at guitar electronics. Our resident Musicman expert, Jamie Humphries, is well placed to explain the system as he is a regular demonstrator. As Jamie is a Musicman endorser, we are awarding no rating on this unique Guitar Interactive demonstration.

Total overkill. Game changer pain in the arse.
Gibson did this some years ago with a digital output. However the note definition on this guitar is so clear, then it's ability to physically sound like a Tele/Strat or an SG/LP by onboard switches is also a plus.
9 million sounds I couldn't give two shits about
Save your money with Line 6 Variax :DD
I love the idea of all this different pick-up configurations but having to hook the guitar to a computer would make it awkward for give,if. they can work out a way to do to make all these changes from the guitar itself then I would most definitely purchase one..
9 people work for fender/gibson. 😛
Finally, They made a guitar for me!!!!
Lost me! This is not a guitar it is a dam app with strings! No thanks!

Total overkill. No thanks.
I always thought locking tuners were for when swinging off the whammy, as the strings lossen and then become out of tune, i dont think it was ever for just bending and the issues that come with a poorly fashioned nut
Locking tuners absolutely make a big difference in keeping a guitar in tune with a tremolo. Because, when you loosen the string tension by using the tremolo, especially dive bombing, the slack gets taken up by the string would around the tuning post, and when you bring the trem back to "zero", you'll be sharp. particularly on the G string. Locking tuners eliminate that problem. The same thing happens with the ball end of the string in the trem sustain block. I have guitars with locking tuners and locking saddles, and they stay in tune like a double locking trem…because they actually are double locking, just no locking nut to deal with.
That is the best guitar ever !
@David N, locking tuners do nothing to enhance tuning stability. They just make it easier for dumbasses who can't properly string a guitar to keep the guitar in tune. I have found some brands of locking tuners actually increase string breakage at the pressure point where the string is clamped in the tuner. I have guitars with virtually every type of tuning machine and the quality and action of the gearing really is the only factor in how a tuner itself will effect tuning stability.
1 slimy teabag!
I haven't really noticed that big of a difference, honestly. For me, outside of a kahler or floyd type affair, the most stable setup at the headstock end of things in my experience has been a quality split post vintage style tuner with a properly cut and lubricated bone nut. Alternative nut materials seem to work well too, but I don't notice a huge advantage there either.
Gotoh 2 post with bent steel saddles with a properly prepped bone nut and split posts is my favorite setup.
this guy is Full of shit locking tuners add wonders of tuning stability to tremolo equipped guitars
And you're the second worst.
That strat sound! ;D
Iv played that exact guitar. It's amazing. The neck is similar to a musicman silhouette instead of the axis neck you may expect
You're just the worst kind of person.
