Really good review — thanks. Looks fun for sure, but (just my opinion) my guess is that overall I would prefer the Carrom Nok Hockey (little more skill, as well as variety in terms of shooting & game situations, etc.), and I can't really see owning both. But again, nice vid & the game itself does look laughter-inducing.

This is actually a fairly old European folk game. Our versions are much bigger though and made out of plain but smooth wood.
Where I'm from it's called "rekker trekker" and in France its called "passe-trappe". I think its originally from Germany, but I can't be sure. There's not much information available as its not played so much anymore and everyone has a different name for it.

yeah that actually looks like a lot of fun. Im not into sports so the that part doesn't impress me (don't hurt me) lol. But the game it self looks great, my sons and i have the air hockey, a small version like this one, and we get tons of laughs and fun out of it. i'm going to have to check this one out.
